What make’s Belli’s coldpress juice & juice cleanses different from others?

Belli’s whole mission is to support LOCAL. Local food, local community, & now local juice.

Our Coldpress Craft Juices are 100% raw, organic and locally-sourced when possible. Some coldpress juices might be 100% organic. But Belli’s believes in local- even if it isn’t certified, because we know the farmers who harvest our fruits and vegetables. We approve of their organic & sustainable practices that don’t include chemicals & pesticides & other harmful substances found in non-organic fruits & vegetables. And most importantly, we taste the difference. The difference between a freshly-picked at peak ripeness local vegetable grown in the Midwest, and the 100% organic certified vegetable from California. That difference is in our juice.

Isn’t a juice cleanse like starving yourself..?

No! When properly taken, you won’t even feel hungry on a cleanse, and you might not even finish all of our juice. By ‘Properly Taken’ we mean following our guidelines which include not over-exerting yourself during the cleanse: little to no physical exercise beyond daily activities; and if possible, try starting it on a day you have no commitments other than to yourself and the cleanse! (weekends or days off from work are usually the best days to start!)

Should I prepare to be near a restroom all day?

You’re not getting rid of any fat on a shorter cleanse which means you shouldn’t be having any abnormal bowel movements. You will however be urinating more frequently which is a good sign, as your cleansing your body and removing those toxins!

Pre and Post Detox: Raw foods/vegan soups should be eaten pre detox to gradually prepare your body for the cleanse, and post detox to continue nourishing your body with healthy energy.

During Detox: You can drink herbal & green or white tea; however, no coffee or any other liquids. If you need a food supplement with juices, raw tree nuts & low-in-sugar raw fruits are recommended.

Energy Levels: While you are not starving yourself during a cleanse, your caloric intake is lower due to consuming vegetable juices. This means your energy levels may be low at times and we highly recommend that no exercising or high intensity workouts & cardio fitness is performed while on the cleanse.
